A retired UK police officer is reportedly taking legal action after he was arrested for his social media warnings on October 7, 2023 after he was arrested for his social media attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
Julian Foulkes, a 71-year-old retired special police officer from Kent, England, was arrested in November 2023 and searched his home in one of his X posts, according to the Daily Mail.
Fox is reportedly increasingly involved in London and other major cities as anti-Israel protests come in the weeks following the October 7 attacks. In an article on X that month, he warned that the thugs rushed into Russian airports in search of an escalation of anti-Semitism after arrival from Tel Aviv.
“It’s a step away from Heathrow’s search for the arrival of Jews…” he posted in a post in response to pro-Palestinian activists.

Fox told The Post that he was "shocked and shocked" after Kent police arrived at his home later to search his home.
According to the body camera reviewed by the Telegraph, an official raised concerns about the books he was reading, including books by British writer and commentator Douglas Murray, and commented that his bookshelf contained "very Brexit stuff."
Police also reportedly raised concerns about his wife, hairdresser shopping list, which included items such as bleach, tin foil and gloves.
Police seized his electronic device and detained Fox for eight hours before proceeding with caution, a formal warning to those who admitted the crime to avoid prosecution.

Fox said he accepted the warning for fear that he would visit his only surviving daughter who lives in Australia.
He compared the ordeal with the goal of being targeted at “mind crime.”
"It's definitely an Orwellian-style thought crime. It's absolutely ridiculous because I sent a tweet, which is reasonable in this case, and it's a tweet based on events I've only read the day before and the week before."
He added: "It's out of context, and I really can't go through all the failures of the Kent police - doing my best - but it's really amazing to me, especially since I've been serving them for 10 years."
Kent police apologized to Fox on Monday, saying they made a mistake and that his record had been cleared.

The statement shared with Fox News Digital Reads: "On November 2, 2023, a report on a social media post was posted to the Kent Police Department that was allegedly offensive, and Mr. Fox was arrested that day."
“Although he received and accepted unconditional prudence after his own independent legal consultation, the troops subsequently reviewed the case and concluded that in this case, prudence was inappropriate and should not be issued.”
Kent police apologized to Mr. Fox for the troubles caused and how the report was investigated. We have ruled out caution from his records and are pleased to facilitate this correction. Mr Fox has been informed of the decision and will now review the matter further to determine any learning opportunities. "The statement continues."
