The Atlanta Braves chose outfielder Jerenic to triple A about a week after being at the club's controversial center.

Kelenic smashed the baseball to the right field and he was walking out of the batsman's box like a home run. But when it hit the top of the wall and stayed inside the court, he tried to turn what was supposed to be single into doubles.

Kelenic was abandoned at second base and he would likely stand out if he didn't jog.
After the game, Snitker was not aware of journalists’ issues regarding discipline, which led Acuña to express his opinion on X.
"If it were me, they would take me out of the game," he wrote.

Acuña later deleted the post, but many saw it and submitted it to Snitker.

Snitker was unfortunate for him on the base in 2019, when he did the same thing as Kelenic. However, Acuña decided to stay at first base after realizing that the ball wasn't out as he hoped.
“He didn’t run,” Snitker said at the time via ESPN. "You have to run. This is unacceptable."
Now, Kelenic's relegation to Triple-A Gwinnett is not directly related to his lack of hustle and bustle, but rather his lack of production that begins in the 2025 season. So far, he hit .167 with a 0.531 operation in the 65 disk appearance.
Once one of the highest prospects for Major League Baseball for the New York Mets, Kelenic didn’t have the best time in the Bigs, part of the Seattle Mariners, which is part of the deal between Mets Close Edwin Diaz and former MET Robinson Cano.
