Boulder's terrorist attack suspect is an illegal immigrant and he has overdue visa

The suspect was charged in a "targeted terrorist attack" in Boulder, Colorado, where a pro-Israeli group advocated Hamas to release Israeli hostages, illegal in the United States.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, was arrested and arrested for minor injuries after an alleged attack on a "living" team gathered on Pearl Street, police said Sunday night.

The group is a grassroots organization that promotes global running and walking activities, demanding the release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas. Police said this section of the group met weekly.

Soliman, an Egyptian national, was overdue downgrade after entering the U.S. after the Biden Administration, three homeland security and U.S. immigration and customs enforcement sources told Fox News.

Soliman arrived in the United States for the first time after landing at Los Angeles International Airport on August 27, 2022 and obtained a non-immigrant visa.

He was authorized to last until February 2, 2023, but never left. On September 9, 2022, he filed a claim with the U.S. Department of Citizenship and Immigration Services.

On March 29, 2023, Soliman obtained a work authorization, which is valid until March this year.

“Illegal aliens have caused terrorist attacks in Boulder, Colorado,” White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller wrote on X. "He was granted a tourist visa by the Biden administration, and then he illegally overdue the contract. In response, the Biden administration gave him a work permit. Suicide migration must be completely reversed."

Soriman allegedly shouted "Free Palestine" in the attack, near the county courthouse on Pearl Street. Police responded to the area after receiving a report from a man who burned his weapons.

The FBI said six people aged 67 to 88 were injured and taken to hospital. One of these victims is considered to be in critical condition.

Soliman was booked at the Boulder County Jail Sunday night. The specific charges he faces have not been immediately obtained.
