Ben Affleck was seen having a heated conversation with police in his car on Tuesday, just two days after the FBI arrived at his Brentwood home.
A source told Fox News Digital that police were talking to Affleck about his neighbors hiring private security who allegedly did not allow people to return home, including Affleck, adding that he told police the private security could not Do this.
The source added that police were in his area because he was just outside the mandatory evacuation zone for the Palisades Fire. Affleck was speaking with officers in a squad car and was seen leaning out of the driver's side window and making multiple hand gestures during the conversation before eventually driving off.
FBI agents were also spotted outside Affleck's home on Sunday, but the agency said Affleck was not in any trouble.

The FBI is assisting with a grid search of an area near the Palisade Fire Evacuation Zone for an unauthorized drone, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department told Fox News Digital on Wednesday.
"Members of the FBI Ground Interdiction Task Force are operating in the Palisades Fire area," FBI spokesperson Laura Emeler previously explained. "As a result, firefighting is being seen throughout the area, including residential areas. agents and our local partners.”
A source told Fox News Digital that Affleck was not home when agents arrived. They reportedly stayed at the venue for some time before leaving.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Affleck's rep for comment.

A few days ago, Affleck was photographed hugging his eldest son, 19-year-old daughter Violet, outside a rental house. Home is where he lives with his ex-wife jennifer lopez She reportedly lived there before filing for divorce in August.

According to the New York Post, Affleck's ex-wife Jennifer Garner also lives in Pacific Palisades, and when his Brentwood home was threatened, Affleck was able to stay with her there for a few days.

"I've lived in and around the Palisade for 25 years," Garner told MSNBC. "My heart bleeds for my friends... 5,000 families were lost. I could write a list of 100 friends who lost their homes."
"I almost feel guilty when I walk through my house," she said. "What can I do? How can I help? What can I offer? What can I offer with these hands and these walls and the safety that I have?"

The Palisades Fire, which has burned more than 23,000 acres, destroyed 2,191 structures and claimed eight lives, is 19% contained.
