The incident occurred at the bar on Saturday night as the girl in the bottled service took out a sign on the floor with the words “f --- Jewish”. Dave Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, announced that the day after the two waitresses in question were fired, he spoke with two men allegedly in charge of the sign and agreed to send them to Auschwitz concentration camp to learn about the massacre.
One of the men identified as Mo Khan rejected the deal and rejected his claim that he had anything to do with the anti-Semitic sign. The temple has suspended Khan.
He issued a statement Tuesday saying he was coerced when he reached an agreement with Portnoy.
"While I have nothing to do with the signs that appear, I don't know who did it, I know that the sign is provocative because it reminds people of unjust things Israel has done around the world, and thus led me to report it," Khan said, saying, "his claim that he is a "citizen journalist."
"Dave Portnoy and his friends had the option to trigger the emotion of that sign, and even eject me out of the institution forever. But they had no right to destroy my life with freedom of speech, which was ultimately an avant-garde joke. Frankly speaking, they were more worried about destroying and upsetting me than thousands of people, rather than being destroyed and excited in the poop."
Khan then appeared on “Steam Peter Live” and agreed with the host’s idea of “Jewish supremacy.”

Portnoy responded to Khan's statement later on Tuesday. He wrote in his post on X that Khan was a "liar."
"My partner and I talked to him over the phone and they both owned it and cried about it. Then, he spoke to his family attorney." "His name came out because he was an idiot and uploaded the 'f --- Jewish logo before I even knew it.
"Now he is trying to make money. I'm sure he'll make money because there's a lot of anti-Semitism in the world. No matter what it's the least surprising thing ever. He's the definition of coward. Zero responsibility for his actions. I don't care what religion you are or even how you feel about the Middle East.
Portnoy said in a separate video that he felt "stupid" trying to "show Grace" and did it right.
"This is the face of cowards," he said of Khan.
On Wednesday, Portnoy wrote on X that Khan was “probably the greatest thing that Jews fought against anti-Semitism in the United States”, noting other events involving Khan.
