The groundbreaking Australian scientist died at the age of 68
Professor Rinaldo Bellomoa pioneer in medicine, is known as "one of the most influential scientific ideas in the world", Died at the age of 68.

It says, “His scientific achievements are barely parallel. Professor Belomo was named one of the world’s most influential scientific thinking by Clarivate Analytics (Clarivate Analytics) for seven consecutive years (2014-2021), and he recognizes his prolific contribution to medical science.”
The university notes that he is the most published and most cited medical researcher in Australian history.
