Two American tourists They yelled out last weekend after being attacked by sharks at a popular beach resort in the Bahamas.
The attack occurred on February 7 at about 6:30 p.m. for women aged 24 and 20 years old swimming in the waters of Bimini Bay. Royal Bahamas Police Force.
One of the women told NBC's "Today": "I just put my head in my hand and started praying that God won't take my life and that I will live."
They are enjoying a dream vacation as two friends jump from the boat into beautiful Bahamian waters.

The 20-year-old woman told "Today". "After about two minutes we were on the ladder and I felt my legs be pulled down. I immediately knew I was bitten by a shark."
Visitors were attacked by what appeared to be a bull shark, causing a woman to be injured.
Family and friends quickly pulled the couple to safety, wrapped tourniquets around a woman's legs and competed for help.

"They shouted at me that the top of their feet was chopped until I lowered my head," the 24-year-old said in an interview.
First responders transported the couple to a clinic for treatment and then airlifted them to a hospital on New Providence Island, about 185 miles off the Miami coast.
The women told the media that once the injury stabilized, they were transported to Orlando, Florida. The 20-year-old victim will undergo a third surgery at the hospital.

The incident is still under investigation and both women are expected to recover fully.
One of the women told a woman in "Today" that said, "I will never pour my toes into (water).

Despite the attacks, studies show that shark bites actually become less common around the world.
