"Pioneer Woman" star Ree Drummond recently opened up to restart her health journey.
In an April 30 post, her pioneering female blog Drummond, 56, thought about the four years it has been since she wrote a 2021 blog post, and she shares tips for helping her lose 50 pounds.
The Food Network star revealed that after she took a year off from her treatment, she gained weight, but now she has proposed plans that have brought success before.
"Boys have been an adventure ever since! After all, I'm a woman and a person, so I've had natural fluctuations since this original post wrote this - but over the past year, I've been more natural." "Most of all, starting in late 2023, I've stopped exercising and kind of stopped focusing on what I'm eating."

She continued: “Well, around February this year, I decided to jump back to my plan to succeed in 2021, just not as good as my first gear.

"The hardest part is to the first week of ten days," Drummond added. "It's not difficult at all today, and in fact, it actually makes sense because I've been feeling better and better all the time."
The new grandmother shared some of her changes to her 2021 plan, although she pointed out that “the gist is the same.”

"For me, the game changer is twice as good: First, I build muscle again, which is crucial. I do ankle weight lunges, squats, deadlifts and floor exercises. Second, second, I eat more protein and keep a higher calorie percentage."

Additionally, Drummond explains that she no longer weighs her food or counts calories.
“I feel like after four to five months in 2021, this really makes me more aware of portion size and general calories,” she wrote.

When Drummond completely gave up on four months of drinking when his weight loss journey began in 2021, the celebrity chef wrote that she didn’t completely quit this time. She explained that she likes to drink a small glass of white wine with topped with Top Chico's bubbled water, "It's a wine-style thing."

"I still like the Happy Scale app," she wrote. "I have gained weight this year and I don't use it often. I use it again and forget how helpful it is!
"I can't stress the importance of building muscles (only repeats),” Drummond added. "And the importance of protein as part of that goal. In February, until I bite the bullet and started doing all my legs/ass workouts, the proportions were stubborn. Within a week, it started."
