Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure announced his contract will leave the club at the end of the season.
The 32-year-old Mali player has made 165 appearances for Toffees since joining £20 million from Watford in September 2020.
Doucoure scored 21 goals for Everton, including their 1-0 victory over Bournemouth 1-0 when avoiding relegation on the final day of the 2022-23 season.
He also left with veteran midfielder Ashley Young and goalkeepers Asmir Begovic and Joao Virginia, while forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin, midfielder Idrissa Gueye and defenders Michael Keane and Seamus Coleman were also not off the contract this summer.
In a video posted on social media, Dookull said: “Hi, Evertonian – Just want to share this news with you that I will leave the football club at the end of the season.
“After five years of good fortune, my time in Everton is over.
“Everton means a lot to me. Obviously, the last five years have been difficult, but I will always remember my time as a dream to play for Everton Football Club.
“Obviously, I’m sad to leave the club, but I think it’s time to prepare a new chapter for me and the club and I will always be grateful for what the club has done for me.
"My best memory, I would say it would be my goal against Bournemouth to keep the club in the Premier League. I think it's something I will always be proud of. It's also a wonderful moment for me, me, my family, and for the club.
"I will miss the fans. I will miss the football club. I just want them to know that I give everything in training every time.
“I’m always proud to wear a shirt, I’m always proud to compete in Goodison Park.”
The midfielder was replaced in the second half of Sunday's 2-0 victory over Southampton by Everton in their final match of Goodison Park Home.
The Toffees will head to Newcastle for the final match at Newcastle this Sunday (16:00 BST) before moving to the Johor Bahru Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Marina.
Doucoure added: “I gave everything to win the most games and I’ll miss this place and wish them all the best in the new stadium.
"Everton will always be a part of my life. I will always be blue. I will always support Everton and I hope they have a bright future."
