Wolf 12-inch Memory Foam Mixed Medium Mattress for $899: Wired reviewer Molly Higgins found herself impressed by the affordable mattress. The mid-sized memory foam hybrid mattress feels much more luxurious than its price point suggests, and the individually wrapped coils provide great support and help in overall structure, while the gel foam on the top fits your body’s curves and helps decompression.
DreamCloud Premiere Hybrid costs $949: This soft mattress still supports it. I love sleeping on it, but it doesn't remove my back pain like other mattresses we recommend. Still, if you want to support without too many hard side sleepers, it's a great option.

The board company is priced at $1,492: I love this offensive sturdy mattress. It is super breathable and keeps my back and spine well and supports so I'm painless and the strongest side is too hard for my shoulders, but I usually sleep on the mattress with the mattress on the mattress to give my shoulders some relief. The board sadly stopped the mattress, but I suggest you find it.
Blink, priced at $1,499: Cable critic Julian Chokkattu recommended this mattress for his stomach and back sleeper staff. There are three levels of firmness. He tried this luxury company and liked the plush pillows on the relatively firm bed to add a luxurious hotel feel.
Saatva Classic, priced at $1,699: This is a previous choice for our best mattress guide. This is a great choice for back support, especially at the firm level of “luxury”.
Saatva Memory Foam Hybrid, priced at $1,799: Saatva Memory Foam Hybrid is sold as a firm, designed to support your lower back with the central cushioning. Nicole Kinning of wired contributor is too short with 5'2-inch waist support, but this may be great for people of more average sizes. There are also cooling characteristics, but they don't stand out compared to other cooling mattresses.
Brooklyn Bedding Aurora Deluxe Cooling Mattress for $1,585: If you are looking for something similar to board natural and this is something firm and not solid, then this is another great option. It also has cooling, which is a nice bonus.
Purple Restore Cool Touch Price is $2,395: It's the absolute best cooling mattress in a long time, says wired contributor Nicole Kinning. It also has a mesh-format gel layer called Gelflex that adds extra support and makes it easy to wake up in the morning.
Essentia tatami organic mattress, $3,435: The mattress is made of a very comfortable organic latex support core, with breathable (and aids in cooling) holes, and the active organic foam center helps spinal alignment and contour support for pressure points. It has no coils or springs, but it still surprisingly supports it.
Although the terrible futon mattress that started my hunting no longer exists (so!
$2,199: This mattress is super soft and compliant, but has no support and it sinks even more when you lie on it. On this mattress at night, my muscle pain on my right side was even worse and my damaged spine was obviously upset. My sister also tried to sleep on it, which she described as “sleeping in an air mattress that lost air all night in the air.”
Magniflex Magnistretch 12 priced at $3,699: This Italian-made mattress promotes itself as a spine. It has been recognized by retired Italian footballer Giorgio Chiellini and current professional basketball player Stefano Tonut, who plays for the Boston Celtics' Italy. Well, although cable critic Martin Cizmar found it very unpopular, Magniflex certainly makes a difference in the spine. He only lasted two nights before crying uncle and then lim feet to the next test mattress. He described the feeling of the morning as similar to sleeping in a hammock made of chain fences.
