Mohamed Soliman, 45, faces hate crimes and attempted murder after officials said he directed Molotov cocktails and temporary flame racks to gather at a pro-Israeli rally in Colorado. Investigators said Soriman planned a target attack for a year and told them in an interview that he “hopefully all of them die” and “no regrets.” NBC News' Morgan Chesky reported.
