Last weekend, authorities searched for the children and their fathers, who were believed to be the 2017 white GMC Sierra pickup that lived with the Washington State plate.
Police said Decker's truck was found uninhabited near the campground west of Leavenworth on Monday, about 20 miles west of Leavenworth.
Police said deputies from the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office found the girl’s body in “the car is relatively close.”
According to court documents, police believe the girls had zippers tied with wrists and died of suffocation.

Anyone who may have seen Decker since Friday or knows he might be asked to contact the police.
“Due to security issues, there was no attempt to contact or approach Decker.”
The mother told police that Decker picked up the girls around 5 p.m. Friday but did not return them before 8 p.m., court documents said, and his phone was sent directly to the voicemail.
One detective said she “expressed concern because Decker reportedly had never done this before and… is experiencing some mental health problems right now.”

“What prompted her to call us was…he was late for the girl and didn't communicate to her that he was late for him, which was typical fashion for him, so it was different.”
The sheriff’s office located in the truck is leading the search for the Okanogan Wenatchee National Forest area, while other teams follow up on “potentially reliable information and tips” about the Decker’s location, the agency said in a statement.
The agency is working with the U.S. Marshal to find Decker. A reward of up to $20,000 can directly lead to his arrest.

“Travis, if you're listening, this is your chance to hand in yourself,” Chelan County Sheriff Mike Morrison said in a press conference Tuesday. “Do the right thing, do what you need to do. Be responsible for your actions. We won't walk away, we won't rest, and we'll make sure you find you.”
