After 25 games, Lazio is second in 37 points, second only to Milan's leader at 39 points. Biancocelesti won 14 times (including two derbys), scored 9 and 3 times. They won the last 7 games in a row, caring that Sie A had the least defense (only 12 goals).

Today is a massive championship clash in Rome as Lazio has the chance to arrive at Rosony. The game was a conversation throughout the week between the capital and the entire town of Italy. Most Roman clothing stores and boutiques even combine light blue and white items in their window displays, or are more likely to try to increase sales. Either way, it's a huge game.

It was rainy in Rome, but there were a lot of people sold out, with 80,000 reportedly having some controversy over the fare. The next day is Easter Sunday, and it is played on Saturday. The game is also shown on tape radio on national television.

Lazio had some damage as Pino Wilson and Franco Nanni were suspicious until the last minute, but could not use it in the end. On the other hand, Milan has no Romeo Benetti, Giuseppe Sabadini and Pierino Prati.

Due to the rain, the grass is slippery, but it is playable. Lazio attacked frantically from the beginning. Giorgio Chinaglia immediately made Dario Dolci fall into trouble, and in the 5th minute, Lazio continued to move forward. “Long John” rushed into the area on the left, crossed Durch and shot a powerful left foot, the ball snatched the deflection from Karl-Heinz Schnellinger and defeated Pierangelo Belli. Lazio 1 Milan 0. A wild scene in Olimpico, where two fans had a heart attack and were taken away by an ambulance while many others fainted.

Lazio led and continued to attack. In the 22nd minute, although the game was interrupted because an informant twisted his ankle, it would take a few minutes to continue.

In the 35th minute, Lazio was awarded a central free kick in the outskirts of the area. During the week, the Chinese allegedly removed the benches of the training ground with the power of shooting. He still maintained his strength as his thunder shot. Lazio 2 Milan 0. Milan goalkeeper, when the ball was hit by a huge force, the water-filled Milan goalkeeper broke his finger. Villam Vecchi comes to defend the Nets.

Milan is difficult. Maestrelli's strategy of placing Pierpaolo Manservi at risk seems to be working. The first half ended and the weather changed because of the sudden blue sky and sunshine. During break time, Razi 2 Milan 0.

The second half began with Lazio appearing to be in control, but it all changed in the 56th minute. The center was exaggerated, trying to dribble several opponents near the area, he was stripped of him by Alberto Bigon and the ball quickly reached Rivera, with Rivera in the area to the right, and his lower crisp shot beat Felice Pulici. Lazio 2 Milan 1. The goal was from blue, but Milan suddenly returned to it.

Meanwhile, Rossoneri replaced midfielder Riccardo Sogliano with defender Maurizio Turone a minute before the goal.

Milan has changed and has begun to move forward with more beliefs. In the 67th minute, Lazio was forced to replace the injured Luciano Re Cecconi with Giambattista Moschino.

Lazio looked tired, worried that victory could be taken from them and returned. Their defense is good, but Milan didn't have a big chance until the 89th minute.

Giulio Zignoli Cross was extended by Bigon's header and reached Luciano Chiarugi who scored. However, both the referee and informant agreed that he was in offside and the goal was excluded. Milanisti was in a boil, and after excessive protests, Nereo Rocco was sent away. Lazio breathed a sigh of relief. Final score of Lazio 2 Milan 1.

Massive celebrations broke out among Lazio fans, but Milan's anger in the tunnels and locker rooms continued, with their presidents White Buticchi and Gianni Rivera particularly excited (Rivera will be suspended for 4 games before reducing to 2 games).

Lazio's huge victory. This is their eighth straight win, and they catch up with Milan on the table. Lazio and Milan 39, Juventus 37, and four more games left. Lazio is in the dreamland.

    In memory: Luigi's poor population

Luigi Purentes was born in October 12, 1944, San Giacomo di Veglia (Treviso).

At the age of 15, rugby began playing for his local team, San Giacomo. He then almost immediately joined C.'s Vittorio Veneto. He worked for Rossoblu for three years. In his final year, they were relegated to Serie A, and after 90 appearances, Polenta continued to move forward.

In 1965, he joined Empoli in the Serie A. He played for Tuscan Azzurri for two seasons and played for 65 seasons.

In 1967, he moved to Perugia and was promoted to Serie A. He spent two seasons with Grifoni (“Griffins”) and played 83 games.

In 1969, in his first year in Rome, he participated in Serie A. He played in 18 games and scored his first professional goal from Verona. Lazio performed well and finished eighth.

The following year, Biancocolesti encountered problems and was demoted. Rugby once again played 18 games in Serie A plus 2 in Italy's Coppa Italia. But he did win the Alps cup and compete in every match.

In the 1971-72 season, Lazio returned directly to Serie A. Biancocelesti won the promotion under new manager Tommaso Maestrelli and rugby teams and won 28 league games at Coppa Italia.

In the 1972-73 season, Lazio was the protagonist of Serie A, close to the championship, but eventually ranked third, second only to champion Juventus. Rugby games often appear less regularly, with 1 appearance in Italy's Coppa, mainly due to the rise of local defender Giancarlo Oddi.

In 1973-74, Lazio became the Italian champion. Maestrelli's crazy gang won a fantastic season before Juventus, winning Scudetto. Rugby contributed 9 times in the league, plus 4 times in Italy's Coppa.

The following year, Biancocelesti was unable to repeat himself, but was stable in fourth place, gaining a European Union position. Maestrelli began to suffer from severe illness and the team's performance was negatively affected. Rugby played 12 games in Serie A, plus 1 Coppa in Italy.

The 1975-76 season was once again affected by the poor health of Maestrelli and the fact that the amulet “Long John” Chinaglia played for the New York Universe. Lazio participated in the relegation battle but managed to stay up late. Tacos played 18 times in Serie A and 2 matches in Italy’s Coppa.

The 1976-77 season will be Lazio's last game. Under manager Luís Vinicio, Biancocelesti had a better season, finishing fifth and qualifying for the European FEFA Cup. However, Corn Stone Cob only played one game in Serie A. In the summer of 1977, he decided to move on. He made 144 appearances for Lazio and scored a goal.

In 1977-78, he played for Modena in Serie A B. He played 28 games for “Canarini” (Canaries), but Gialloblu was relegated to SerieC.

Then, Too Polenta returned to Vittorio Veneto near home and worked at the regional level for two years.

At this point, at 36, tacos decided that this was enough and called it a day.

After retirement, he lived locally and entered the wine business. He became the winery of San Martino di Colle Umberto near Treviso. His wines have a good reputation in the trade. He also stayed in touch with local club Vittorio Veneto, becoming the former president of the Players Association. He is also actively engaged in social and voluntary work.

Corn Net is a strong and physically strong defender. He can play at defenders and centre-backs. He is what the Italians call “Roccioso” meaning made of stone. He is very healthy and strong, and no doubt it is not a very happy mark. His career in Lazio reached its peak and was incredibly Italian champion. His name didn't start at the historic Eleventh, but he was remembered as part of that strange character, which brought Lazio fans the ultimate pleasure of Scudetto in 1974. Corn Net has definitely made an important contribution.

Luigi Pulentes died on April 21, 2011 in Vittorio Veneto.
