Project 2025 IQ lists behind name “Wake Up” federal workers | Project 2025

A right-wing group has created a series of blacklists to target federal workers, which believes the Trump administration should fund the project with the IQ behind the 2025 project.

The latest list created by the American Accountability Foundation is called the “DEI Watch List” and most of them are people of color with government health roles that have some connection to diversity programs in government health roles. Another staff role targeting the Department of Education staff, who “can’t trust faithfully implementing the agenda of the U.S. president-elect.” Someone called up the “most subversive immigration bureaucrats.”

Tom Jones, president of the American Accountability Foundation, said the organization plans to add its existing list to existing lists and create more. According to its website, the group aims to follow “DC bureaucratic and left-wing organizations” that are allowed to “subvert, hinder and undermine the first agenda of the United States.”

Founded in 2020, the group received $100,000 in funding from the Heritage Foundation, the first surveillance list (focused on the Department of Homeland Security), which is behind the conservative Blueprint project of 2025 Right-wing thought. It said its purpose is to uncover the behind-the-scenes pushing Biden’s border policy behind the scenes.

“We are very grateful to the Heritage Foundation for this enormous honor and opportunity,” Jones said in announcing the award. “The scourge of the awakening of the fanatical bureaucracy that hinders border security and promotes invasion of our country needs to be the attention of the American people.”

The foundation said the subsequent education and DEI list was not funded by the estate.

On its X page, the U.S. Responsibility Foundation often publishes information about specific federal workers, sharing their photos and social media pages. In an article Wednesday, the group noted that a former federal prosecutor detailed how he and others opposed Trump’s alleged Muslim ban in 2017 because they believed it was illegal. “That's why we put together a list of bureaucracy. It's a threat to democracy,” the foundation wrote on X.

The direct naming and humiliation of employees put federal workers on the edge. For the watchlist, Jones said, he wanted to include people who work beyond a particular diversity of work in the job title, rather than those who have put forward the agenda in some way. The DHS list includes immigration judges, attorneys, policy consultants and analysts. On the education list, the goal of those engaged in student financial aid enforcement is because the group believes that the Biden administration follows the university for ideological reasons, especially Christian and vocational colleges.
