Metropolitan police have motivated to challenge in court

A police officer denied that he claimed that he had suffered from the harassment of Chelsea and Australian striker Samantha Kerr, “purely to obtain criminal charges on this line.”

Prosecutor Bill Emlyn Jones KC asked PC Lovell, and whether he was worried that he described his feelings when he issued his first statement.

During the re -inspection, PC Lovell said Ms. Kerr's words made him feel “degraded and frustrated.”

He added: “I didn't do something to charge online.”

PC Lovell told the court that he said in the second statement that Ms. Kerr's words made him feel “shocked, frustrated and humiliated.” She commented on the race “too far, and I committed a great attack on them.”

He prosecuted and asked him to ask the statement is true, he answered “yes”.

Ms. Kyle confirmed that when she was sick on her way home, she had spent one night with her partner Kristie Mewis.
