Men's Basketball AP polls: Cooper Flagg, Duke looks unstoppable in ACC; Iowa Polypiece spirals, back -back losses
This is the first week of February, and the 12 giants collapsed a bit, but ACC has a very obvious favorite, and no one seems to stop.
This is everything you missed in the 13th week of the men's university basketball season and the latest Associated Press Public Opinion Survey.
Duke won again
ACC is the loss of Cooper Flagg.
Duke won the latest blowout victory at home on Saturday afternoon, and in the first competition with North Carolina, its star freshmen looked very comfortable. Due to Vrap's 21 points and 8 rebounds, the Blue Devils won 87-70 victory. This raised them to 19-2, and pushed them to 11-0 in the ACC competition with 11-0.
Duke University ranked second in public opinion surveys this week, but still lagged behind Oben's ranking. In the past week, the Tigers defeated LSU and Ole Miss 20-1. Alabama, Tennessee, and Houston subsequently ranked among the top five.
Blue Devils is definitely cruising in ACC, and no one seems to stop them. They have now won 15 consecutive games and won an average of victory in each meeting. Even in their close games, just like the victory of the NC state last Monday, until the end, they have been able to evacuate and stretch.
At this point, it is unclear who will really stop Frag and Duke University. So far, ACC has been a lot of year, but so far cannot be made. In the regular season plan, the Blue Devils left only one rivals ranked first, but this was an over -conference competition against Illinois No. 23 later this month.
Although an undefeated meeting may be an unrealistic issue, the Blue Devils are in the main position in the last game of the season.
Whirlwind spiral, losses back on the back
For love, this is a difficult week and a 12th major week.
After the Kansas State University won the 19 -point blowout champion on Saturday, the whirlwind fell back the back of the back and ended the winning record of 29 games in Hilton Stadium. ESPN said that this is the highest victory in the history of unqualified teams and AP polls in history.
Only a few days after the wild ending in Arizona last Monday, Caleb Love attacked the overtime race from half of the bee tweezers. Then, these wild cats flew to the lead within an extra time and won 11 points, which brought them back to the game in the 20th place in this week.
EOWA State now lost three in the past five games, and threw five positions to the 8th place in this week's polls.
They are not the only 12 major teams to struggle, but if they intend to participate in the regular season championship, the whirlwinds need to be rally quickly. At the Kansas, which started on Monday night, Jayhawks has been dealing with his own problems.
After losing to Houston at home last week at Kansas, he fell 11 points on Belle on Saturday. The Bear team in the second half was a 17-0 running game later, where they defeated Kansas with a score of 60-30 to win victory and reached 14-7 this year. Raising Kansas to No. 16.
Although the American Lion team started 9-0 in the BIG 12 game, it collapsed in the overtime on Saturday night, and lost to the first meeting of Texas University of Technology in one point. Houston still increased fifth in this week's public opinion survey.
Although the top of the No. 12 has been separated, the competition in the group is definitely worth winning anyone.
