The extended partnership will focus on enhancing DNB's IT infrastructure and customer service capabilities through Infosys' domain expertise and technology solutions.

The program is expected to address potential risks and minimize operational disruptions to facilitate continuous service.

In addition, this collaboration will involve the modernization of legacy systems and processes of DNBs in various business functions.

The press release said the approach is designed to enable banks to provide customers with personalized loan options.
