Hamas – Israeli air strikes killed 28 people and injured dozens of people in the European hospital in Khan Yunis, a spokesman for the Civil Defense Agency said.

According to local sources, Israeli fighter jets dropped six bombs at the Gaza hospital at the same time, hitting the internal courtyard and surrounding areas.

The Israeli military said it had conducted an “exact strike” against the Hamas terrorists in the command and control center, claiming that the terrorist was under the hospital.

A freelancer working for the BBC in Gaza, a freelance journalist injured in an air strike, is now in stable condition after receiving medical care.

The strike at European hospitals resulted in several deep mountain passes in the hospital yard, burying several vehicles, including part of a large bus.

Witnesses said Israeli drones kept a tight air siege on the building, preventing rescue teams from reaching the scene.

A four-limb drone reportedly injured two civil defense officials while trying to approach a European hospital.

Local sources said the injured and injured had been transferred to Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, and the medical team was reportedly working to deal with the casualties.

According to medical sources and witnesses, the Nasser Hospital emergency room went on strike again earlier Tuesday.

They said a famous Palestinian photographer was two people killed.

Hassan Aslih, who was treated for injuries sustained by Israel's previous Israeli strike, was described as a target of a drone attack on the hospital's surgical wing.

A doctor there confirmed that Aslih had been in the hospital for nearly a month after surviving in the same facility in April.

The Israeli military had previously accused him of participating in the October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas. The April strike killed Aslih’s colleague Helmi al-Faqawi and injured several other journalists.

Hamas “continues” to use hospitals in Gaza for activities – a long-standing Israeli allegation, the Israel Defense Forces and the Israel Securities Administration (ISA) said in a joint statement.

Israeli media reported that the strike target was Mohammed Sinwar, a senior Hamas figure – Yahya Sinwar, the younger brother of former Hamas leader in Gaza.

Hamas has not commented on the reports yet.

Mohammed Sinwar commanded the group's military forces after Mohammed Sinwar died in an Israeli strike last summer.

Israeli troops said separately Tuesday night that it intercepted “two projectiles” launched from Gaza. The armed wing of the Islamic jihad claimed responsibility and said it fired a rocket fire from Israel's Gaza.
