The documentary about Renée Elise Goldsberry's life “Satisfaction” while creating her iconic role in “Hamilton” and “The Black Box Diary”, an Oscar-nominated documentary about the director's investigation into sexual assault – is 2025 in Athens A part of the Barnard Academy lineup at Na Film Festival.

AFF announced its narrative and documentary lineup ahead of an event held on March 6-9 on the Barnard campus in New York City. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the festival and has a partnership with Barnard’s Athena Leadership Center and the Women’s and Hollywood Initiatives.

“Our festival in 2025 marks 15 years of advocating for diverse real narratives through a female-centric lens,” said AFF’s artistic director Melissa Silverstein. “The impact of this effort is shaped by creators, these creators and audiences who support and expand their influence.”
