I am using time to reorganize. I have worked in the government for more than 20 years, and I have been proud of serving my country and the American people. I hope to retire and not plan to leave voluntarily.

What does your DEI work involve?

When I saw and heard people talking about DEI, it seemed to be separated from merit. But this is far from the facts. DEI is to provide opportunities for everyone. There are too many celebrations in our society. No one realizes that this is DEI: replace working timetable, autism support in school, and the list continues.

DEI has been simplified as a title, and Americans are misleading that it will cause privileges when it is actually combined with unfair advantage (intentionally or without intention). I hope more people ask questions and view data points, not relying on “extraordinary charm” leaders.

As a white woman, I believe that the core motivation to oppose the people is racism. They want to keep the door closure to minimize competition and maintain low salary courses. The American people should have the opportunity to develop vigorously and contribute to the prosperity of our country. If they are omitted or ignored, they will not be able to do this.
